Holy ****. GOAT level concentration while on kratom. Can push through sets and simply keep going. Helps with soreness and incredibly euphoric. If you aren't taking kratom on leg day, you're simply doing it wrong and should go **** yourself.
I go with 1.5 to 2 grams before a workout. It blows away stim based preworkouts. You won't get addicted or withdrawals unless you're pounding 10+ grams daily.
