Was juror on a rape trial. Trial was a basic two drunk people, guy said was consensual, girl said she never agreed to sex and blacked out. Jury was mostly men and a few women.

Part of the guys testimony is that the girl while drunk told him to "fuk me in my p*ssy".

These guys all thought he made that up and it was such a big deal and "theres no way a girl like that" would say something that raunchy. Thats when I realized these guys were all Timothys who never had a woman say that to them. Most of them were married boring cornball Timothy types. They dont get that is normal behavior for your average woman. Like not talking strippers, sex workers ect. That is a normal thing to say for your average church going non criminal record has a job decent member of society woman to say to you if you have any fuk skills whatsoever.

One of the things that surprised me were the "expert witnesses" were all biased and had a "side", which I wouldnt have thought of before but makes sense.

Theoretically they are neutral, but every expert witness is brought in by either the defense or prosecutor, so they are prescreened and that entity knows they are going to say something that they believe is beneficial to them. The one bringing them in also pays for their flight out, hotel and i believe even normal going rate salary. So they are inherently committed to that side. If they were saying things before that their side didnt like, they wouldnt bring them to the trial. The other side then gets to question them, which they would always defend their initial position, because they are an expert in their area and you got the rival sides attorney basically trying to make them sound like they could have been wrong, which they take offense to and their instinct is to argue their side stronger.

So every expert witness that got dragged out you basically know what they would say beforehand based on what side brought them in.

(they were not arguing that she told him no and he held her down or anything, in fact she claimed she couldnt remember most of it, which not being able to remember it doesnt prove it was rape under the laws we had)

Well that stuff does go on in "kangaroo courts" in universities, where the male students can be expelled, with a mark on their transcripts making their work completed useless, all because a group of administrators decided they were guilty of a crime, all under title 10 under the guise of preventing sexual discrimination against women. The accused men in these cases are not allowed to bring a lawyer with them to the kangaroo hearings. Its all buried in the forms somewhere you signed to get into college that they can do this and the libcuck court system and useless congress does nothing about it.

Yes it’s a huge problem on college campuses - you’re basically guilty unless you have video and dna evidence of innocence. They can ruin your academic career but not jail you. Still pretty evil. Yeah when they were going over their credentials, some of them it was apparent they fly around as expert witnesses nearly full time so it was evident then they get paid for it at least as good as their normal or previous job. I was like damn this whole thing is a scam and didnt realize there is a mini industry for expert witnesses. i guess the lawyers network or whatever and once these people get passed around on a list then they just bounce from case to case.... also further reason they wont rock the boat with any testimony countering their "side" if they want to be known as a reliable witness and get more free flights ect in the future.
