take 2 teaspoons of creatine a day with fruit juice, or grape juice, or water. im not too sure but i think it takes about a day or so to leave your body, but that doesnt really matter, just follow what it says on the container and youll be fine. Take creatine everyday, i recommend, or about 6 weeks, then stop taking it for a week then go for it for another 6 weeks. remember to cycle it or it wont be as effective

The amount you take is up to you. I'm 6' 210 so I prefer to take 10-15g on maintenence, so even if I piss most of it out, I know I'm at my max levels. It's cheap and safe, don't be afraid to use it generously.
Jhov said loading is not necessary, which is absolutely right, but my preference is to load, gets your body saturated much faster.Kill one man and you are a murderer. Kill a million and you are a conquerer. Kill them all and you are God
