take 2 teaspoons of creatine a day with fruit juice, or grape juice, or water. im not too sure but i think it takes about a day or so to leave your body, but that doesnt really matter, just follow what it says on the container and youll be fine. Take creatine everyday, i recommend, or about 6 weeks, then stop taking it for a week then go for it for another 6 weeks. remember to cycle it or it wont be as effective

creatine stays in your body all your life, its naturally in there, when you supplement you bring it to higher levels. take 5g a day everyday and dont wory about it so much.

1)5 grams is fine a day
    2)no need to load
3)creatine is natural to ur body
4)cycling is the most accepted principle but there are some who say there is no need to cycle. it is personal choice!!!

People only adopted the "cycling" of creatine from anabolic steriods/PHs, whilst some say it is more effective.. In my opinion it doesn't realli matter but try both to see wat works betta for you

The amount you take is up to you. I'm 6' 210 so I prefer to take 10-15g on maintenence, so even if I piss most of it out, I know I'm at my max levels. It's cheap and safe, don't be afraid to use it generously.

Jhov said loading is not necessary, which is absolutely right, but my preference is to load, gets your body saturated much faster.
