    Cardio or no?

    im 5'9 165 and i got like 10 pounds of fat on me..been weight lifting since september
    Question is should i do cardio everyday or what? I would like to gain muscle and lose some fat..Should i do cardio or just weightlifting?

    I would incorporate cardio and weightlifting if you can, but i would try to do cardio on the days that you dont lift.

    i lift mondays-thursdays...Friday-sunday i dont so do it those days?

    i would try to leave at least one day for total rest. is there any way you can space out the days you lift?

    nope its school...I guess i can just do as much cardio as i can on fri-sun
