im 5'9 165 and i got like 10 pounds of fat on me..been weight lifting since september
Question is should i do cardio everyday or what? I would like to gain muscle and lose some fat..Should i do cardio or just weightlifting?

I would incorporate cardio and weightlifting if you can, but i would try to do cardio on the days that you dont lift.
