- Omega 3's 300mg a tablet
- Curcumin C3 1000mg
- Optimen
- FLEXMODE Joint Support
- Vitamin C 1000mg tablets
- Vitamin D/D3 1000mg tablets
- Creatine 5g a spoon
I am dealing with nerve issues and acute shoulder & elbow pain for 5 months now.
I started supplementing again on multivitamin since a month after it all started, usually 1 tablet a day and not 3 as they say. I also take omega 3 (1/2 times a day, 300mg) and all the rest of the stuff.
I dont take it all in the same day, sometimes omega 3, curcumin and multivitamin for a few days, then the rest, mix and match as they say. I got this week flexmode...
I had chronic infflmation for 2 weeks due to a torn labrum that docs say aint that bad. I couldn't move my arm at all and at 5 months I still have impingment. Nerve issues, anything possible that you can think of.
Anyhow, I take all of the above, any issues on how to play this and what should I watch out for?
Not in the mood for wisecrackers, so f off.

No one can tell you how these things will have an effect, if any on your situation. If your docs are telling you something, why not work with them instead of a bunch of randoms on the internet that have ZERO clue as to your full diagnosis or medical history? It sounds pretty crappy. Sorry you're having to deal with that.
None of that is going to make you or help you heal more quickly. There are other factors that will have a far larger effect on that than a few supplements that don't do all that much anyway."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

Just trying what I can man. If it can help - then I try. Sure nothing is proven, but, I'd like to try.
I cant take all of these daily, number of reaosns -
- Each requires a meal.
- I cant take all of these at once, as I dont know the effects of mixing it or overdosing.
You can always enligthen me. I think taking whatever and however is better than not taking at all.

Nothing you are taking should cause any "interactions" or cause an "overdose". You could probably take it all at once and be absolutely fine, but taking them sporadically you're likely not reaping any benefits. Especially since you're likely never taking recommended serving sizes based off of you're only dosing 1/3 of the Optimen that you have. Drop all that and pick up Orange Triad + creatine if you can purchase it.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
