I've torn both and have trouble feeling them, would love tips on how to 'feel' and flex them when on stage. Thanks!

wrong section of the forum for this. BUT grip the floor with your feet and feel like your doing an RDL so that you light up the hams and flex the glutes. If someone taps your hams while doing this, they should be hard. That shows they're flexed.
