I’m also leaner then I’ve ever been. I looked at the strength standards for powerlifting and my max would probably not be far from “Elite”, which is pretty cool.
Shoulders have always been my best lift though.

Your one rep max is nowhere close to what you think it is. The first rep is from a dead stop, and all the others get a stretch reflex. It's like using a 1RM calculator for touch and go deadlifts. You could do 135 for 10 reps and not even get 160lbs
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x4, 345x1
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 185x8, 195x5, 215x1
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Locking out is putting your delts through the full movement (good for shoulder health) and your triceps will be come into play fully. You dont want to increase your weight and only do partials for delts when your lockout will be disproportionately weak if youre not incorporating your triceps fully
