I personally prefer lower protein intakes, especially when dieting, would supplementing with EAA powder reduce my total daily protein requirements for retaining muscle on a cut?

Why would you reduce protein intake, which has a full spectrum of amino acids, while dieting and take 9 amino acids that have the same amount, if not more in some cases, of calories per gram?
Meet your macro OP. There is never a reason to use free-form amino acids in lieu of protein."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
