Lmao I accidentally terrified a manmore at the gym

There’s a caged area at my gym with a heavy bag and some Olympic style dead lifts. I wanted to hit the bag and there was a manmore doing deadlifts in my way. I asked him to move to an open station so the heavy bag wouldn’t hit him when it swung. He moved and I hit the bag for 20 minutes or so. When I was finished I walked up to the guy to thank him and ask him if he saw what I meant with the bag swinging. He said yeah and I walked away with my headphones around my neck. I heard the manmore say to the other one he was working out with “when he walked up to me just now I thought he wanted to fight.. I was like oh fuk this isn’t good at all”


Poor manmore I wasn’t gonna hurt you.

You do realize the if you knew what you were doing on a heavy bag and actually had good form, the bag is not supposed to swing wildly all over. I laugh inside when i see morons thinking they look all tough and the bag is swinging wildly all over the place. They always looks awkward and off balance and just plain stupid

I control it for the most part but sometimes it swings when you hit it. It’s not like every single time but I wouldn’t wanna be deadlifting and get hit in the back with a heavy bag.

If the bag is swinging too much, it means you can't punch for sh*t, your punches are slow and you push instead of punching .

It’s not constant it’s just when I throw power punches instead of jabs or combos. When I do that usually the bag will sway a bit.
