Nuts (seen a few studies saying this + lowers cholesterol)

Also important:

Caloric surplus
Diet high in fats (avoid nuts)
Help me complete the list. Also can someone tell me why cholesterol lowering foods are good for you when you need cholesterol for our hormones to function.

I would think any processed crap(especially sugars) that causes inflammation in the body could potentially lower T because of the effects on cortisol.

Soy sauce is perfectly fine, because it's fermented. It's pretty good as marinade for chicken breasts before you turn them into schnitzels.
I gotta get my sauerkraut game up. Should make some and have it ready by my next refeed

Alcohol as a decreaser is a big one that hasn’t been mentioned yet.
As far as cutting, yeah it can wreck your hormones, especially if it’s drastic. However being obese also lowers test, so if you’re fat you’re just gonna have to suck it up and push through til you get to a healthy weight to main/gaintain.+positive crew+
