How crisp are they as the name implies? I usually get gala’s but if they’re good enough maybe I’ll switch

Pink Lady Apples crew. Honeycrisp are good, and their styrofoam texture is unique, but Pink Lady apples are the apex of apple ascension.

Honeycrisp are damn impressive texture wise. They're very...well, "crisp" but the sweetness is always lacking.
When I see them I always get either Cosmic Crisps or Rockit apples which are crossed with honeycrisp.
There are apple orchards here in San Diego. It costs about $12 and they give you a bucket and you get to walk around the orchards and fill it up with apples you pick from the tree.
a couple years ago the orchard I went to had "The Lucy" apples. They are also a cross between a honeycrisp but their interior is pink....and they're phuckin' amazing. They don't taste like apples though they kinda taste like a plum. Unfortunately last year its tree got some kind of fungal infection and they had to cut it down to prevent it from infecting the other trees.

I dont know that variety.
Braeburn is my fav, followed closely by royal gala. LOL at me all you want breh
Lemonade apples are my fav 'green' apple and are a mix of the two.
All three of these varieties originated in NZ btw, just lol if you havent eaten them straight off the tree in the hawkes bay after banging your misses underneath the orchard trees and getting caught by seasonal workers from Vanuatu, just LOLDamn

I like the Red Delicious apples the best. Honeycrisp and Gala are good too. Not sure if I've ever had Fuji
Green apples like granny smith taste so different I consider them their own separate thing6'2"
