Im shooting for 4 plates on the bench. I've been stuck where I am for a while but getting better...I would like to be able to do that this year but thats a long shot I think.

looking thick. I would consider trying to add more width to your back and shoulders... cant have too much of either.

bro you look heaps thick. but if i were you i would definately focus on those shoulders . they look a bit overpowered by your chest/arms size.

Thanks guys. Shoulders have always been one of my weak points. Suprisingly enough they are very strong though. I have done DB press with the 100lbs full rom for sets of 5, but they have always seemed to be lagging in size and definition....:'(
