Thank you for acknowledging that A research team lead by Dr. Barney Graham from the Vaccine Research Center at the NIH National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases created an engineered form of the spike protein that is unable to make the shape change required to effectively bind to cells (5). The Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, Novavax, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines all use this inactivated spike protein, which means any spike protein that is produced by the vaccine is not able to be activated. This safety-switch limits the ability of the spike protein to bind ACE2 and limits its ability to cause damage."

Currently at the end of day 2 of this. Symptoms started yesterday morning, just felt like something was off. As the day goes on I start to develop full body aches and low grade fever. Didn't sleep too much last night due to being hot and tossing/turning. 2nd day is mostly the same symptoms, but it comes in waves. Sometimes it feels better then it goes back to being bad. One new symptom I did have today was chest pressure for 20 minutes then went away.
I'm signing up for the covid-out study where they send you meds like ivermectin, fluvoxamine, and you track your progress.
Hope those of you are sick are doing well. I've absolutely had symptoms like this before in the past, it just still sucks.*Kneedraggers crew*

Started getting sick August 4th. had some pretty gnarly fever spikes, a really sore throat, and my body feels like i was hit by a bus. the worst part ? a cough that will not go away. it's been almost a month and i still have a pretty violent cough. now and again ill spike a very small fever and the body pain still lingers but the cough, man. im ****ing over it.

Ivermectin & fluvoxamine are not experimental drugs. People have been taking them for decades. Funny how people think those drugs are experimental but take the vaccine?*Kneedraggers crew*

I had a recruiter go cold on me two days ago because she asked me if I was vaccinated and I told her I didn't take the vaccine. Kinda salty about this too since this job offered a security clearance, which is an important step for me.
She didn't seem to care about me promising to take PCR tests every 3 days and wear a mask too.
Man. How do I get hired without this BS. I'm gonna try preemptively telling the next one that calls that I'm unvaxxed and if that'd be a problem, but I dunno if it'll help though.
Fuk. I'm considering becoming a tradie and getting paid in cash until this chit blows over. At least I'll learn some DIY skills...
And I don't think I'll get the vaccine, because I was overweight in middle school and drank way too much redbulls, I gave myself heart and breathing problems already. Sometimes I get these sharp chest pains when I try to breathe. This is unrelated to covid and I don't want to risk having the side effects make it worse...

Sorry to hear man. I'd be so miserable with symptoms like that so prolonged.
You vaxxed or unvaxxed?
My company just announced they will only hire vaxxed moving forward. Many other have as well and more and more will continue to go in this direction unless the disease dissipates. I'd urge everyone who doesn't want to get vaxxed to start thinking about what their options are for self employment.

My wife's company says they will ask employees about vaccine status, so they can better plan and coordinate future activities. No mention of different treatment or anything.
uh-huh, no way they'd ever allow or revoke privileges based on that info. *rolls eyes*
And the dems want to register guns just so they know how many there are, no way they'd ever require you to turn them in. *molon labe*

Considering getting the Astra Zeneca instead of Pfizer. I'm actually booked in for Pfizer but earliest I could get it was October 23rd.. lmao.
If I go with Astra Zeneca I can get it pretty much by next weekend.
Might as well get it over with. I was supposed to go to China next year for business but looks like that's not gonna happens because of dis chit. In the tiny chance that it's still on the table I'd definitely have to be double vaccinated to make the trip imo. While you were partying I studied the Blade.

09-06-2021, 12:51 PM #853Eleven of 13 participants showed detectable levels of SARS-CoV-2 protein as early as day 1 after first vaccine injection.Authors detected S1 and N in 64% of COVID-19 positive patients, and S1 levels were significantly associated with disease severityAfter the first 100-µg dose, the mRNA-1273 vaccine produced detectable levels of S1 antigen in plasma in 11 participants, and spike antigen was detected in 3 of 13 participants.

From the paper you posted:
"Here antigens S1 and spike were measured to probe mRNA translation, whereas nucleocapsid antigen served as a negative control (Figures 1A, B, C, Supplementary Table 5). After the first 100-µg dose, the mRNA-1273 vaccine produced detectable levels of S1 antigen in plasma in 11 participants, and spike antigen was detected in 3 of 13 participants. Nucleocapsid antigen was undetectable or at background levels in all participants after both injections, as expected."
