acne supplement poll

When i work out i usually stack the following

creatine
n02
"endorush/redline"

I do notice a lot more breakouts while on these supplements, but have heard about a link to acne from all...

which one would u suggest has the biggest impact?

ive heard about the n02 being a big case, but nothing about endorush/redline, With these energy drinks i usually drink the whole bottle, or close to it.

I don't know if it's really any of these. In my opinion acne is caused by heightened test levels which is caused by lifting weights in general. I have taken GB + WB with no acne and then threw in some jungle warfare and had back acne flare up.

I never noticed acne from no2 or creatine, and there's no reason they should cause it.
What I have noticed is that caffeine really does agreveate acne. I bet it's the energy drinks if anything.

stay away from DIET soda. any product labled "light" or "diet" has aspartame variants or manipulated sugar alcohols

It depends on you personally. Try not taking one thing for a week, and seeing what happens. If that doesnt do it, add it back in and switch something else out. It might just be elevated test levels, or your body going through a phase/cycle. If you have the extra money, Vitamin B-5 worked wonders for me. BN.com has it in bulk.

i think it depends on the person. i know that when i was exersising a lot rarely had any acne. also has a lot to do with diet. scientists say that diet has nothing to do with acne but i'm pretty sure they are wrong. before i started working out a lot i ate a lot of junk food then i started eating really healthy and rarely had junk food and my face was fine

Creatine does not directly cause acne. However, it can contribute indirectly. First of all, when you take creatine it is presumeably during a time when you are participating in physical activity, which will cause you to sweat more. This will cause acne. Creatine also dries you out (we know this from the cramping etc..). Water is essential for fighting acne. There is nothing chemical in creatine that will casue you acne, but these other things will. The best advice I can give you is to not let dirt/sweat sit on your skin for too long (do not wait 3 hours to shower after your worlout), and use some 10% benzoyl peroxide on your face before bed. This is good for clearing your acne up. Also, be sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of sleep, as this will prevent acne from worrsening.
