I know chicken and brown rice is good to eat when working out. Is it good for cutting? I know the whole idea of cutting is to be in a caloric deficit but do some people eat chicken and brown rice for their meals when cutting?

Blah gross brown rice is nasty I like wild or jasmine
But you can eat them when ever. I see people in prep mode for a show with five things cutting in little Tupperwares they carry everywhere to eat every 2-3 hours. Fish/chicken/broccoli/rice-rice crackers/egg whites constantly
I chuckle thinking hmmm my surgery devil carbs were great earlierSuperHercules crew

Well, personally, brown rice doesn't do anything to satisfy my appetite, so I wouldn't eat it if I wanted to control hungry as much as possible...
Also, you'd be better off focusing on fibrous veggies vs grains if your goal is calorie control. Even potatoes would be more satisfying in general."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

What's wrong with rice (accompanying chicken)? One of my favourite easy to cook recipes is honey, soy and white vinegar on chicken thighs, placing it on a dish of uncooked rice and warm water, and baking everything in the oven. The sauce drips on the rice and it's delicious when ready. Haven't tried brown rice to be honest since I use basmati rice.
