Huge use of preworkouts as I don't drink coffee. I'll get up.and have 2-4 scoops of amino energy at 8am then top up again at 2 and 6 or a better pre-workout to go lift at random times
I know my fatique is due to this.
Anyone completely eliminate caffeine from their diet ? How long did it take for headaches and lethargicness to go? Did your energy levels go back to normal

Over a few years I experimented with my caffeine intake. Since you’re asking I’m sure you already know of all it’s negatives.
I enjoy caffeine, coffee and tea, so I will drink it. My rule is no caffeine after noon. As long as it’s before then I can consistently function properly. If any of you need to chat, PM me. I'm here for you boyos.

Never a coffee drinker.
I'd gotten into the habit of drinking one to several Red Bulls a day.
Stopped drinking them (still have one occasionally) daily, cut way back.
One thing I've noticed is I feel fine off as little as five hours of sleep.
Before I used to be taking little naps all the time. The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.
That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

25 years of having a strong coffee daily at work.
Gave it up 2 weeks ago.
No headaches or sides.
About day 3 I noticed my concentration levels through the roof. Normally Im in a brain fog but no caffeine makes a difference to how my brain works.
Sleep so much better as well. Lights out as soon as I hit the pillow.
Edit: Also workouts are better. Less heart stress. Seem to get through cardio better too.

Was heavily a brewed coffee drinker, French roast. Drank 2-3 pots brewed per day. Since I retired, I slowed it down a lot. But then also started taking E+C pills. My breathing became a problem because I think the "E" portion of it did more than ephedrine. So I stopped all of that completely. I just drink sweet tea before a workout or some cold coffee I make myself and pour into the sweet tea container now and then I use that container to hold cold coffee.
Yep, can use pills. I like my coffee though, it's like tradition.☆☆☆USA яєω☆☆☆

Went from 4+ cups of strong coffee per day (I’m Italian so I mean strong) to one.
The withdrawals and depression like symptoms were on par with what a father of a sloot or manlet son must feel. Now any more then 2 coffees in a day I get anxious and feel like chit.Plant the trees in whose shade your grandchildren will play

I was avid coffee drinker -30oz am, 20oz mid afternoon.
first 4-5 days are rough- pretty gnarly headaches/ fatigue. By the end of week #2 you start feeling a bit better
I found fresh ginger root and lemon water helped a bit with not feeling as crappy.*Prep coach/Cert.Personal trainer-contact for online training

Took me a week and I was 3-4 coffees per day. Headaches raged on 3-4th day but by the following week were completely gone and you'll notice your body and mind rests so much better at night after the first week. Once you start sleeping better you have energy for a full day without needing the caffeine crutch. Honestly, most people should quite caffeine, turns you into a zombie after realizing how much it affected my sleep cycle and then the subsequent need for it to get through the day.

went from a pretty hard period of caffeine usage (gram a day at least, ec stack time) to cold turkey... felt like i had the flu for almost a week... maybe i did, i don't know, felt different than actual flu though. Afterwards, didn't feel as sleepy during some parts of the day, but never really got super energetic like i did with caffeine. Eventually went back to using.
