Three good exercises would be:
-The farmer's walk, where you just take a heavy weight and walk with it
-Static holds, where you grab the heaviest weight possible that you can handle for 20-30 seconds, and hold it until it drops.
-Forearm curls, just curl a weight with you're forearm. You can curl it forward, or backwards, to work the front or the back of the forearm.
As far as mass to the wrist, you most likely won't add any mass to it. Beefing up the forearms is the best you can really do. Small wrists can be a plus though as they add to the illusion of bigger arms.
There are more exercises in this link that you can choose from:

You can add mass to your wrist by increasing bone density , good exercises would be holding the bench press (or incline or decline) at the top with a weight much greater than what you can press ,MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD SPOTTER !

Bottom line, you can increase density, but not girth.doctorben@cyber-rights.net

u can only build ur forearms, not ur wristsBeast Till U Become One !!!
