Besides protein and creatine (and dat dere), what supplements do you take? Any omega3s, vitamin D, multis, or what? Pls no one that's super deficient and has to take supps to survive.

Omega 3 fish oil by nordic naturals
Vitamin D3 and K2 chewables gummies by Nordic Naturals
Bioastin Astaxsthin, but stopped taking it because it gave me depression but when you take it its supposed to be good for skin in the summer, when I took it made my skin have a reddish tan tone.
I took a multivitamin from Pure encapsulations
Used to take Coq10 for energy but that stuff gave me insomnia when id take it close to dinner times.

Back when I was dumb I used to think fat burning pills would do something for me so I tried a few different ones including hydroxycut

Antioxidant pills with a bunch of different stuff in them
Vitamin D
Fish oil pills
... I can’t remember all I’ve tried
A little more often used
Glutamine
Some amino acid powder
Now I just stick to mostly protein and preworkout if anything
My “go to’s” are
