    Mixing creatine, EAA and pre workout

    There’s been a little research on the importance of timing with creatine, BCAA/EAA. Do any of you mix creatine and EAAs in with your pre workout?

    Same answer I gave you in the misc. Creatine whenever, none of it needs to be pre workout and EAA’s are no different for MPS than a scoop of whey. So diet dictates.

    Actually they are different, they are inferior when you consider sustained MPS.
