Is this stuff any good? I bought some the other day instead of N-large2. N-large2 was good, but I just wanted a change. This stuff is noticeably cheaper as far as calories. It only has about half the protein, but it's got a ton of carbs, and hardly any from sugar.

not sure if its any good, but i have hrd it is........
You have to love bodybuilding so much that you'll concentrate on a movement with enough intensity to actually convince yourself that the muscle is visibly growing with every repetition. As you pump and squeeze, you can feel it, you can see it, and you don't want to stop.

I just got it at a local shop called PowerSource. I checked ON's web site, and they sell it, but it's around $40 or so, I only got it for $32 or something. Check Yahoo shopping and see if there's any cheap prices listed, but anything below $35 should be a bargain.

there's 16 servings, with 1250 calories each, and 25 grams of protein, it's something like that, I'm not positive.
