SSJ4 ape look is sick. Way more authentic and creative than "SSG" red, "SSGSS" blue, and "Ultra Instinct" white recolors.
Looks aside, power-wise SSJ4 is more of a linear strength boost from SSJ3. SSG / SSGSS are like exponential boosts in comparison, being "god-like". And then you've got Ultra Instinct causing near interdimensional movements.
So if SSJ4 was canon... in my opinion it'd look like: Ultra Instinct >>>> SSGSS > SSG >>>> SSJ4 > SSJ3 > SSJ2 > SSJ1 >>> Saiyan

I actually liked SSJ4. I also like blue. But I was always disappointed they just discarded the whole Saiyans can turn into apes plot point. For thousands of years that was Saiyans trump card, but we never see it again after the Saiyan saga...always wanted to see a super saiyan giant ape.

Android 17 shouldnt have any business whatsoever hanging with SSJ2 Goku, let alone two transformations after that one.
Remember that SSJ2 was a x2 multiplier of SSJ, and SSJ3 is a x2 multiplier of SSJ2 if i recall correctly. How the hell did bitch ass Android 17 got all those multipliers lmao
