Kind of a weird moral high ground some people here are taking, thinking only about the dogs. Pain, I mean it goes both ways; and this is the last mfker that you'd expect to have made peace with himself if he decided to take things down that road.


I feel for the guy and whatever reasons we don't know that pushed him over the edge, for his family and whoever cared about him and now have to live the rest of their life with that pain in the back of their mind. Had a talk a few years ago with a tow truck driver. He said you wouldn't believe how many of their calls are suicides. He said the one thing he noticed is guys will shoot themselves in their car almost anywhere, even walmart parking lots. Women on the other hand will park their cars and walk to their destination and do it in the open, where they can be alone and not make a mess.

Bills on autopay. No emergency contact person. If my daughter was with her dad it could be months before anyone wondered what was up.

Not sure if painful, but a homicide detective was speaking in one of my classes saying this scene can be pretty horrifying. Blood rushes to the surface looking for oxygen, there is a word for it but it eludes me. A lot of times, victims can have blood coming out of their eyes, mouth, ears, etc... not sure if this can happen before death or not though.

A young kid jumped off the 13th floor of my condo and landed head first on the concrete infront of the main entrance. I had to walk over the landing spot everyday for years.

OP pay for maid service. Do it twice or three times. Worth every penny. And OP invest in a COMMERCIAL OZONE GENERATOR - CLICK HERE . The sh:it will destroy your lungs but will kill everything. Make sure you are not home when it's on, and air out all the ozone from the house before you go back in.

Sorry to hear, I got a girl in my class that died at age 13 from a brain bleeding. And when I was 16 I was travelling by train (sitting right behind the machinist door) when I felt the train break really hard and then hit some kind of tree, I saw a branch flying. 1 minute after the train finally came to a halt, the machinist came out and I saw the front window was fully covered with thick dripping blood obstructing the whole view. The branch I saw flying turned out to be a leg.
I feel like I can handle this, even though it's the first time it's someone I actually had a report with.

Police just broke the seal on the house and they will let their family take care of the rest. I fear that they won't want to be involved and that will have to take care of removing all his belongings. Hopefully I can contact his insurance company to see if there can be arranged something. Cop told me they left the couch he died in... I don't care for the dog**** or pee, but I don't feel like touching that soaked couch...

I got 3 ozone generators, I use them all the time after a tenant moves out to get every bit of scent gone. This time I'll run all 3 for a few days on end I think.
I'm considering doing it myself, got quoted over 3k to clean it and only got a reserve of 2k from the tenant.

Now I'm focussing on getting all the work done to get this place back in my hands, fix it up and rent it. Spend 1 year on the remodel of this place and this was the first tenant for this place as of 3 months... Same place got broken into 6 months ago and I lost 3k in tools whilst working on it. Seems like a doomed property, yet one of the safest neighborhoods in a very expensive location.

i would think twice about doing it yourself honestly. dealing with that stuff is at a base level traumatizing and there's a reason people pay other people to do it. besides, you're disposing of biohazards and that comes with red tape. i don't think it's really cool to just chuck it in the trash and make garbage workers sift through it

it has to be brutal considering you can smell something as small as a dead bird or squirrel outside from pretty far away, then consider a human body in size comparison and that its in doors..... probably would make you vomit instantly.

It’s always heartbreaking to hear things like this.

My sister in-laws neighbors was an ER nurse. From what she said he suffered some kind of traumatic experience where a coworker came in and shot a bunch of people at work. He couldn’t handle it and ended up stuffing rags under the doors and lit a BBQ in his bedroom and that was that.

A few years ago our Uncle shot himself in the head while at home. Leading up to that he had spent all the money and left out Aunt with nothing. No note as to why. I do know that he had been doing skydiving with tandem jumps. He wanted to jump solo but because of his age they wouldn’t let him. We think he originally planned to jump and not pull the cord. Doesn’t make it any easier, but damn.
