Why do you think a guy (Atkinson) that was legal counsel to those running spygate was pushed into the role of ICIG? He then oversaw all intel community WB complaints. If people came forward to blow the lid off of spygate, he would squash it. When that was no longer top priority, he then fielded ciaramellas fake WB complaint, which had nothing to do with the IC, was hearsay, and could have been easily refuted by comparing it to the call transcript... all in an effort to impeach the president.
