Targeting the Inner Quads!!!
What should foot placement be (For squats, leg press, and leg extentions) in order to target the inner quads?

leg extensions already target teardrop.
wide stance target more innerquads. Wide stance on the hack squat machine gets my vote.

Kind of off topic(actually completely oppisite topic) but are lunges one of your best bets for targeting outer quads?

What about when your feet are pointed outward, what does that workout?

Outward works the inner quad also. As far as the lex extension if you angle your feet outwards you will work your inner quad.

Yeah you might want to give pointing outwards a shot. I don't notice much of a difference, butothers seem to. Also, try stuff with a wide stance.

I'm not a lunge fan. I like narrow stance squats and leg press.

Word, I need to practice narrow squatting more... I can do it BW fine going all the way down but if I put weight on I seem to get nervous about falling over... which is exactly what I do.

try squatting that way with a light bar (maybe one of those wooden ones that some gyms have). it'll stop you from using your arms to balance, and should get you used to the motion. I sometimes have a similar problem with balance and I end up leaning foreward and on my toes.
