Just buy this stuff, it's what I've been using lately. 60 servings for like $25 with that 20% off coupon. Works quite well, and I have actually managed to use it for a year without it losing efficacy.

im just a nut for not touching anything that inhibits inflammation or muscle breakdown because of its role in muscle growth, realistically nothing is gonna make a negative difference but im just weird like that
here's the best website for a basic overview of any supp you can find, ignore the "human matrix" and scroll down to each section itself for a basic overview of the studies and their conclusions. If something really interests you dig deeper this site is just great for skimming the surface for info

and dont sleep on straight up salt, slap 1-2g's in before you lift and you'll notice a drastic difference if you aren't eating enoughOfficial LTC representative

Meh, I think the negative anti-inflammatory effect of most of these OTC supplements is overblown. Not saying it is some insane MPS stimulator, haven't done my homework on RR. I just remember everyone on this site being scared to take fish oil because of this near workouts and low and behold, it is a stimulator of MPS: "Given the anti-inflammatory effects of omega-3 fatty acids (see section Anti-inflammatory Effects of Omega-3 Fatty Acids) taken together with the stimulatory influence of omega-3 fatty acids on MPS (16, 17)"
To each their own tho, I understand your thought process.
