I don't think any man. From what I've read and seen, they don't really do much unless you are maybe in your 40's and up. If you are younger, wouldn't worry about it.

Adequate fats in your diet. Squats. Deadlifts. Hot chicks. Adequate sleep.
Anything you purchase over the counter at a supplement shop like Vitamin Shoppe or bodybuilding.com isn't going to have any kind of hormonal impact. If it did it would be a "gray area" in the US and not available OTC.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
