Help w/ Bulking.
Does anyone have any tips for me. Cause as you can see in my picture I'm really not big at all. I have tried almost everything to gain weight and I drink about 4 servings of whole milk everyday ,but can't seem to gain anything. So any tips?

Just milk won't get you anywhere. You should eat BIG if you want to grow. Eat more protein rich foods like meat, milk, fish, eggs etc. Scout around dude there are many articles on this.

Well my family isn't really the wealthiest to say the least so I don't really have a diet. I just grab whatever I can get here at my house. Though I usually eat 4 servings of peanut butter with 2 servings of milk for breakfast. Lunch is sometimes peanut butter and milk. And for supper I have a couple of servings of oats along with eggs and milk. Is it okay to eat a lot of eggs though? I hear it will make you really fat if you eat too many.

this is why you cant gain weight. 1 your diet is horrible 2. theres very little protein 3. your eating 3 meals a day instead of 6 meals. 4. your eating like 1500 calories.
read the stickies becuase you need a world of help

And again, on the flip side of the diet, the... ahem, workout program should be considered.

anybody can gain weight(muscle) buddy, i was way smaller than you when i started. honestly, all it takes is food, intensity, and olympic lifts - not 20 sets of bicep curls, hehe.
but as far as ur diet goes man, yah you gotta get more food in there man. dont worry bout countin up ur calories man cuz thats just overrated if ya ask me - you gotta get REAL food in ya buddy - peanut butter n milk... dude ur not a ****in 10 year old. get urself a good cereal or just get up early in the mornin to make somethin real, eggs n bread with a cup of milk is what i've had for the past 3 months heh. At lunch, you gotta eat as much as u can get really. seriously, if u can find food, get an apple from a friend, its all good just do whatever u can to get more n more. and for dinner.. eggs n oats? come on man, get creative. thats like a breakfast thing man. you need some potatoes and chicken, or beef, or heck, canned meat, whatever u can get ur hands on man.
yah imma guess a bunch of people are gonna start flamin, hehe sweet. but it works, for a small guy like urself, it will work a lot better than on a bigger dude.
as far as how people adore protein here, dont worry about, get as much as ya can in ur meals, you'll be fine. i've done it.

Well at the moment I only really have time for 3 meals ,but I'll try to get in 6. I have musical practice from 5 - 9 every night, and don't have anytime between classes to eat anything practical.

1. A good workout program. You might have lost the potential for great newb gains, but try the Rippetoe program:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224
It's a long read but I highly recommend reading it. I'm starting it next week (The 12th, which is tomorrow). Judging from how most people praise it, it's an effective workout for ANYONE new to training, regardless of what kind of body you hope to achieve. It pummels your key muscles, and teaches you how to properly use a barbell. It sets the foundation for any paths you take later on in your life (whether you're going to be huge like Ronnie Coleman or lean like many people want to these days, it helps to have a good amount of muscle before cutting or mega builking).
2. A good diet. I know you said your family is strapped for cash, but a good diet doesn't mean you need to win the lottery to pay for it! Try and split your meals into 5 or 6 meals a day. This boosts your metabolism, and can help with getting the nutrients in at the right time.
That link that guy gave is very good, lots of nice foods listed. You'll want to have a bulking diet while doing Rippetoes, for the best mass and strength gains. You need about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Get some ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein. The Extreme Milk Chocolate flavor is AMAZING, it came in the mail yesterday. It tastes JUST like your usual chocolate milk, only much better for you! Throw some milk, a scoop of the powder, and some oats in the blender and you've got a fine shake.
Lean meats. Chicken, beef (low fat), tuna, salmon. Good amount of protein, they're not "empty" calories (an empty calorie is stuff like soda. No good nutritional value). Try and get pre-made chicken or turkey wraps, or make your own for school. Eggs, as said, are also useful. Try egg whites if possible, the yolk won't kill you but the egg white is the stuff that's good for you.
Fruits and veggies! You should try and get a multivitamin (Centrum Performance works well, and it's pretty cheap), but also get a good amount of fruits and vegetables! Fiber (Cellulose, the cell walls in veggies) helps you **** and supposedly blocks LDL (bad) cholesterol.
Cut down on some other expenses too. If you can get these foods and exercise well, you'll live a healthier, better life. That's worth the cash. Having that great feeling after working hard for your results, is worth the cash.
I'll leave you with this quote I saw in someone else's sig here: "You get strong in the gym. You get big in the kitchen."

Thanks benjamin88. That diet would actually work and I could always switch a few things around so i could eat some between classes. That would actually work quite nicely. and the Rippetoe would work because I haven't really been doing much lately.
