Which do you prefer? I find I tear my tris up more with skullcrushers, but lots of people seem to prefer close grip bench.

Seems like more people like close grip bench, but the difference is not as great as I thought it would be. I do skullcrushers in all of my tricep workouts, and I do close grip bench in about 30% of them and always do them first before any other tricep exercise. I do triceps after I do chest in the same workout, so that may be a reason that I don't tear my tris up as much with them, as the chest comes into play a little bit on close grip bench.

close grip bench,
skulls and close grip aren't even on the same page
close grip= compound movement, heavy, great rom + your thigten your delt so your medial head doesn't got any slack = great overaldevelopment
skulls= isolation, light load, weak rom, just another extension, delt not thightend so medial head could have some slack

Got a question, when one does CGBP, does he let his wrists lay backward so the palm is facing the air, or does he try to grip the bar having their wrists straight so the palms face forward.

I have confession to make, I never heard of "floor press." What is it?
A Floor Press is a Bench Press done while on the floor. You bring your arms down until your Triceps are resting on the floor. Rest for a second then press back up.
Many PLers use them to help strengthen their lockout on the Bench Press.
