Strong srs. I have a bad back otherwise I would hammer deadlifts and squats. Would prolly be at 405x1 squat and 500+ deadlift by now.
Got up to 440x1 deadlift and 350x1 squat before horrible injury.

Plus people with grip strength have healthier hearts and live for longer (look it up srs)
