    somthing with protein + carbs

even though it's late at night, you should still eat carbs. the carbs will be used to help refil lost muscle glycogen and not be stored as fat

personally, RIGHT after my workout i have a shake with whey + dextrose, and then ~ 1 hour later i have a meal with protein+carbs (usually oatmeal and some egg whites or chicken

    You dont like chicken.......

Anyways, red meats would not be a good idea as your post workout meal because it contains fat. Stick with protein and carbs PWO, and eat you red meat later on as a protein/fat meal.

Yes - I wouldnt have a steak post workout unless you have nothing else to eat as steak has a higher 'fat %'. A steak is still good to eat now and then don't get my wrong, but there are better choices out there.

Most people (including me) have a post workout shake with protein and dextrose usually. For me I have 60g Protein Isolate and 35g Creatine shake. Then 1 hr later chicken or cottage cheese and oatmeal for example.

If its later in the even try not to pig out so to speak, cause your body wont utilize it all and therefore could store as fat when you go to bed.

I always have a protien shake after a workout. Usually 30 minutes after the workout. Shortly after,I usually have a decent lunch before classes.
I don't exactly know what I am required to say in order for you to have intercourse with me, but could we assume i said all that. I mean essentially we are talking about fluid exchange. So could we just go straight to the sex.

Yes, take it with water. If you are going the high GI route, I would add about 30g dextrose. Or, if your going the low GI route, use oatmeal.
