NY had some crazy fire work **** going on, looked like a war zone. While the city near me is a **** hole the drug dealers keep all the media out, so there won't be crazy **** like that to mess up their cash flow. The thing I love about you is that you always tell me to go do deadlifts lol. Nothing makes me feel like deadlifting. When I'm done with them, I literally feel high.

Like I usually do squats first, then deadlifts, then I go do leg press...and while I'm sitting in the leg press machine, I feel high as a kite.

I actually agree with you 100%, I should NOT be thinking in this way because it is "behavioral thinking" in other words it hasn't happen but I am already thinking it.

However, and maybe its me trying to defend my stance, I can't help but worry every time my wife goes out. The sad thing is my wife (as well as her sisters and brother) have lived in the Bronx their whole life as well and while they had their share of being singled out because they are white, it is nothing like today...

149th street 3rd ave is very commercial (lots of store fronts) and while still a part of the South Bronx, it is nothing in comparison if you would have walked further south (135th - 138th) to the heart of the South Bronx, where I was raised from the age of 1, I was born in Brooklyn.
