Just watched it again yesterday and this time in dub. I still prefer the sub but I'm happy that this one got a really good dub. Also was able to see more things on the environment as i didnt need to look at the subtitles. cried like a bitch again at the ending.Originally Posted by GrimesSU

didn't mind the CGI much in Chainsawman, end result still has that nice raw edge to it. very happy to see it come to life and showcase the Miscest of Miscers MC

Didn't realize how all out they went with Urusei Yatsura 2022.
- The opening is directed by the same guy who directed the Chainsaw Man opening, the Jujutsu Kaisen openings, Ranking of Kings OP2, and that one episode of Naruto where Naruto fights Pain.
- Ataru's father is voiced by the same guy who voiced Ataru in the 80s. Same with Lum's mother is voiced by the same girl who voiced Lum in the 80s.

Dragon Quest Dai - ep 100 ending
Well that was it, last ep felt a lil rushed just to end it at 100eps, whole series had a faster pacing that the OG.. could've easily lasted 200eps. had 2-3 good moments but didnt have the same atmosphere of the OG, good to see it get a proper animated ending though... bitter sweet as it was.

Brahs. Not gonna lie. I've heard a ton of hype over what feels like the past year for Chainsaw Man and how it's this masterpiece that will be a generational anime when it gets adapted. 3 eps in and this like a hard 5/10 so far for me. Visually it's gorgeous and the music is really good but money can buy those things. I'm struggling to find things about any of the characters that feel real or deeper than a plate.
Also, finally bit the bullet and decided to give Naruto that proper shot after all these years. Don't have the time to type out all my thoughts but so far I've been very pleasantly surprised. Every character so far does really well in their role. All except Sasuke.
