I use reddit as a local forum for my city and for my car model forums. But I usually delete all my posts every few days because I don't trust reddit users. They dig through post history and will try to phuk you over if you post anything that's not in line with their views.

The misc is pretty much the only place on the internet where I still feel comfortable discussing politics and current events. It's like I am pretty far from being racist and I generally consider myself left leaning but today's social media environment is simply hostile towards anything that isn't completely enthusiastically in support of far left rhetoric to the point where you are in danger of being ousted and attacked if you dare to think differently from the angry mob.
