Hey guys, Im new to this website, and i hope that it will benifit my training by getting to know some of you. By reading some of your post. I have finally found someone who has the same love for the sport that i do. I have been lifting for about 2 years now and have been in a number of powerlifting meets here are some of my stats:
Squat: 655
Bench: 425
Deadlift: 610
Toatl: 1690
