Open to suggestions for post show cheat meals!

Ok guys- my show is coming up in 2 weeks and we all know how important it is to prepare! Give me some great ideas for cheat foods!

I'm careful after shows now. I learned lesson a few years back when I blew up 20 pounds in a week post-contest. My eyes were swollen shut.

Hmmm....

What about warm apple and pear pie, with a wholemeal - oatmeal cookie crust and topped with creamy vanilla ice-cream..

Mmmmm.... or muffins... dense, wholemeal fruit and nut filled muffins, still steaming straight from the oven.

Ohhh... What about moist, wholemeal banana bread - toasted so it is crunchy on the outside and gooey in the middle and then covered liberally with a melting spread almond butter...

Or pipping hot apple and cinamon bread...

Or fruit-pudding - a hot fruit cake filled with figs, dates, raisins and cherries and topped with thick custard...

Optimally, every two weeks I throw in a devoted cheat meal. My meal of choice is all you can eat sushi, in which I eat enough sushi to feed a small army. My dessert consists of the best tasting ice cream in the world; Cold Stone Cremery. I get a big bowl of it, and scarf it down. Its so damn good. Between the sushi and cold stone, I am satisfied for another 2 weeks, although I do get urges to cheat along the way.

I like donuts or waffles. I've tried to do the pizza or spaghetti thing, but I always get really sick and throw it all back up. The bread sticks to my tummy a little better, plus I REALLY like it

But I would go for carbs I am sure.

Hmmmm some really good, decadent ice cream...

like I mentioned in another thread, I only give myself one cheat day a month and eat super clean the rest of the time, but one that one day I make sure and go to Coldstone and get some rediculously delicious ice cream. My personal favorite is getting a big old cup of vanilla bean ice cream, and having them mix in big huge chunks of brownies, and maybe some walnuts or english toffee pieces! YUM! If you are going to cheat, that's the way to go!

Cold Stone would no doubt be part of of my last meal if I were about to be executed. I would even go out and call it lactose crack. I usually get a mix of pistachio with either peanut butter or coffee ice cream, and mix in rainbow sprinkles, oreos, granola, and cookie dough. Then when I get home, I top it with a bunch of light whipped cream and a little chocolate syrup. TOO DAMN GOOD!!!!

Cold Stone Cake Batter ice cream---that is lactose crack for me!!! I'm still having withdrawl symptoms after eating a huge amount of it over Christmas...

Ahhhhh! All this cold stone talk sounds so delicious but I have NO idea what it is! haha. Is it a brand of ice cream or a place that serves it? I don't think we have any where I live..

oh dear. you haven't lived until you've had cold stone!!!! it is a company that serves the best ice cream in the world. it's in independent shops- like baskin robbins. but a zillion times better.
