Have you ever used and implemented algorithms in your work (such as DFS, BFS, Dijkstra and others) ?

I've implemented both in Python (and C++).

I use BFS when looking for threads and DFS when inside the thread.

Write a script with a ranking of who posts most on the misc.

*SRS* OP can you make a script that determines the most active/popular threads on the misc and posts them to a website? *SRS*

there was such website back in the day, and it was awesome, especially for busy miscers to keep up with the current news and trends.

OP, you realize millions of dimwits have all the information available on the interwebz that they need to accomplish the exact same thing you have with your silly scripts? Python programming is taught to elementary kids in many school districts and local public libraries, because of how ridiculously easy it is to grasp. Congrats on nothing.

The techniques can be learned along the way. Math skills determine how fast, but everyone can.
