Yea its possible but benching is one of those lifts you have to do very consistently and focus on if you want to get a bigger bench.

A lot of it depends on genetics. I'd say mine are average/maybe slightly above average and I hit 315 natty on bench for 2 at about 15% bodyfat.
I was never able to get past that until I increased my multi & fish oil intake and was able to hit 315x5 at like 12-13%.
I also wrecked my shoulders in the process as I was doing both bench + overhead press twice per week at 85-90% intensity which was very dumb. As long as you're not overdoing it, staying consistent and utilizing the right ingredients if needed, 315 on bench is very doable.
I can tell you though that it's not going to be a huge physique changer.. it's just going to improve your ego for the most part. I've just stuck to dumbbell's, push-ups & machines and my results have been just as good if not better.
edit: proof of 315x5

I didnt reach a 315 bench until I was 26. I think most people can hit 315, they just need to continue lifting into their late 20s. Lifting is popular when you are a teenager or in college but most people stop after they graduate - if they were to continue into their late 20s their bodies would develop more and they would hit their peak genetic strength potential.
