These were taken yesterday, slowly and steady losing size. I am also getting soft which is a pain in the ass. Was just informed by our sh!tty a$$ mayor that NYC wont be opening up till June 1st!!
I don't expect all of you to post pics and I can respect that, but for the folks who do post pics, where are you in your current condition since the quarantine? (Pics please not words on your current condition)

If you insist...
The lockdown hasn't affected me any training-wise, since I work out at home. Actually, it's gotten easier to train, since I'm now working at home and I don't have the commute to eat into my other time. I don't feel like I have to rush through things.
The biggest change for me is the recovery from my recent cancer surgery, which happened on October 24. I was down for eight weeks, and finally got the clearance to start lifting again on December 20. Here's me that day:
*******************************
This is after 18 weeks of training, still not 100%, but feeling a lot more like the "old" me. It was taken last Friday, April 24.
6 pounds heavier, but a little smaller in the waist. Still no abs! Sadly, they may be gone for good. Haven't seen them in about 35 years.
I look a lot grumpier than I feel in that picture. I was actually feeling pretty cheerful.

Elrond, amazing transformation and determination over medical conditions. Bestseller in the making.
I am currently 185lbs. 2 years ago I was 205 and benched 360 on video. Not sure when gym opens, but I am going to try and stay between 185 and 190 ans stay lean but strong.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Definitely struggling but trying to hang in there. Elrond, you are the very definition of perseverance. For whatever life throws at you and knocks you down you simply refuse to stay down. How can anyone not be inspired by you! Just amazing."Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure that you are not, in fact, just surrounded by a$$holes"

Great job all especially Elrond impressive comeback there. This site is such a PIA to post pics, I stopped when photobucket tried to extort me lol. Maybe I'll post a vid sometime. I plan to get rolling on a more regular schedule tomorrow. So far I have been doing random stuff and not being regimented. I've gained some fat, but I know the recipe to remove it...I was battling shoulder issues for about 18 months and lost strength, basically doing more moderate weight volume and avoiding heavy low rep stuff for chest and shoulders. Shoulders are feeling great, my work is finally slowing down now and I'm not pulling doubles everyday to create programs respond to questions etc.

Quarantine has not really impacted me, but I am shrinking regardless. My injury to my back has forced me to change my training about a year and a half ago. Not being able to train heavy is slowly causing me to shed mass. It finally got to the point where it is noticeable for me. I use 200lbs as a bench mark. Last year, 200 was very lean for me. This year I am at 200 and would need to drop another 5-7 lbs to be where I was leanness wise last year.
Kind of an 'is what it is' thing.
This was last week.
