I got my first shot Thursday and it was nothing much, I had a bad nights sleep on Friday night but other than that nothing.

Feels good to be back in the gym every day. No booze so gains should come. I have an appointment at the clamshell gym at 0800 every morning. Gym is on the way to my office and about a 4 minute walk from it. Lift for an hour then head to work at 0900

So... I don’t pay too much attention these days though. Life is toooooo messy for me right now to care what is going on with Covid. I have no idea what the numbers are, when the lock down is over, nuthin.

Nobody had a plan for a summer of '21 with COVID, I think even local government was 'surely we'll be done by then'.

Our province had a press conference yesterday with no changes, another one announced today now where they might move from targeted restrictions to blanket back to Phase 1A or whatever it is.

Im just drinking bud lights in the back yard if anyone needs me.
