Has you supplement routine changed since having to switch to home workouts? I know some people are fortunate enough to have home gyms but if you aren't having to go into work do you still feel the need for a pre workout?

Are you still using pre workouts for home workouts?
My secret? Texting between sets.

Depends on how I feel, my gym just closed on Sunday so I've only done two home workouts. My first home workout was after work around 4pm, and I was dead tired so I needed it. The next day I felt pretty good at the start and opted not to use it, though my workout did suffer a little. I'll probably just play it by ear going forward.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

My supplement and diet haven't changed. Although i am eating more because i mean i'm at home and lazy as fuk. But i want to be hoe ready for summer and when the gyms do happen to open up whenever that is in a couple months or three months time i want to enter the gym as if the gyms never closed. Sure i'll be weaker and and a bit flatter buts thats better than having to play catch up of three months plus if you rotted you probably got fat and weaker and then you got to lose weight too ? hell naw fuk that i'ma be fully torqued and ready.
As for pre workout since i don't go balls to walls, i just take half a scoop or micro dose it so like if a full scoop is 20grams depending on the day and workout i may taper up or down from half a scoop. Might just do 5g or coffee. Save some pre workout, maybe save some cash too.

I was using a pump supplement but I stopped since I started lifting at home. I don't really see the point. I was doing a bro split with lots of isolation and volume but I dropped the fluff and pump routine for a 4 day upper lower since I'm restricted to free weights. It's a nice change actually. Getting back to basics and learning proper form on barbell lifts that I wasn't able to do properly when I first got my equipment.
