The biggest thing I've learned over the years is to take a week or even a month off randomly. Most times your body needs that since most people in this sub lift like 5-6 days a week every week.

I keep forgetting you can multi-quote a post...

I train 4-5 days a week and I usually take 2 weeks off and completely rest up usually every 4 months
and when you come back you feel refreshed and ready to go and during this time I don't touch any
caffeine so my receptors feel fresh coming back to pre's after a break.

I wouldn't mind "getting into it", but I recall the forum clamping down and closing and deleting everything to try to sweep it under the rug until it was too big to ignore, but it's kind of dormant now, probably 'they' don't want it being blasted again and would just get us undue attention...factual as it may be

So i bought body nutrition trutein chocolate. i was expecting it to be on the same level as Gaspari old version myfusion since it's rated highly in here but it turns out to be very average. Nothing special at all.

Lol I feel the same about alot of Gaspari products. I just hoped trutein different based on the reviews. I got bored from Iso100 and Kaged Muscle isolate.

When it comes to Trutein I think their more unique flavors are the way to go cause I've had
their pumpkin in the past and it was the best pumpkin I've ever had. I picked up 3 flavors during
the 50% off sale they had here a few weeks ago Choc mint, Cinnamon Roll, and Mocha Caramel
but I haven't cracked them yet but when I do I'll drop some feedback in here.

The OG superpump wasn't anything that blew me away. It was a good pre workout.


It had a ton of magnesium though in the OG first verison. So it might give you the squirts.


Never tried Truteen. Esp after the owner came on here and trashed every other company in a bid to build up his own.

Remember when he had that pre workout coming out? Something with a dog on it?

Most pre workouts suck.


Anything decent is asinine expensive. I'm about to the point of just ordering questionable stimulants and using those with some carbs.

Gorilla Mode is what I’m using now. The non-stim version is also in my closet.

I’m old enough to remember the protein powder with superdrol in it.

First week with the CPAP machine, feeling great, stronger, bigger, leaner, faster hhnnggg less water retention too... I still need to quit or severely cut down on caffeine to achieve final form, but we all know it's close to impossibru

Got used to it pretty quickly, one night I tighten the nose thing too hard and got some rash, bleeding and pimples lol.. I guess it squeezed out fat from the nose

Oh that. It was in SP max and another fat burner. They removed it in the updated version. I wonder why?. I must say though , the energy was great knowing that the caffeine in the first version of sp max was like 150 mg or 125 not . They must have been on something lol.
