Hi guys i have an issue i really want to cut a bit but every time i start dropping cals i find my sporting performance (soccer) really deteriorates dramatically.
The difference is really big. For example when i'm eating normally i feel beast mode, i'm fast , strong aggressive, physical
When i drop cals i'm the opposite, i feel slow, my legs feel heavy, i play passive, i have no energy/ explosivness, i avoid physical contact
What can i do? Should eat more carbs before and after my soccer sessions/
i hate feeling like crap when playing but i want to get leaner

Sounds like your deficit is too large and/or you're dropping carbs too low.
