What Suppliments?
I have been body building for about three years now, never used any suppliments in my life. I just would like to know what people would recommend for me?
My profile shows all my statistics, I'm looking to bulk for about three months or so...
Cheers people. x

at your age...
buy large steaks IN BULK store it in the fridge. maybe buy a new cooking pan.
on your off workout day cook 12 or so steaks (put it in the pan, heat it up, add some pepper and maybe some BBQ sauce) and then store those steaks on a plate with plastic wrap in the fridge.
after you workout, (just do fullbody workout reutines in your house so you are close to the steaks!) just heatup 2-3 steaks in the microwave and add some bbq sauce.
do a hardcore workout for 1hour.
10-15 minutes after your workout, eat a 10oz steak
30 minutes after your workout, eat a 10oz steak
50 minutes after your workout, eat a 10oz steak
and if you wana grow more, maybe take a creatine pill with water during workout. that wont hurt creatine is natural.
STAY HYDRATED drink alot of water.

You're 15, you don't really need supplements. Just pick up some protein and a multi

I only knew this post was a joke when I read you wanted him to put BBQ sauce on his steaks.

Right well is there any brands or anything you guys recomend?
As in I hear they can vary and to be honest when the company rabble on about all these things to do with it has extra blah blah where is the blah blah didn't... I get rather confused lol.
So any brands I can count on giving me results? And can I ask what fish oils do?
Thanks people. x

no, the maximum growth stems from the 2 pounds of steak he's supposed to eat after each workout !! HAHA!

At 15 I would jsut go to wal-mart, target or meijers.
Get some whey, they have EAS, Body Fortress and six star and a few others, a sport multi, and fish oils.

thats what i did when i was 16
i used a 80pound bar and curled it, "benched it while standing up" (is there a term for that? lol cause thats what i did i just stood up and lifted the bar over my head then down to over my shoulders then back over my head and did that 30 times), then i would do squats while holding the bar on my back behind my neck, then i would do a bunch of situps then 20 pushups then workout my hamstring by standing up and holding the bar and making the bar almost touch the ground then going back into stand position while only slightly bending the knees (that one really got my hamstring)
that took 30 minutes usually, then i would just repeat it again and boom 1hour workout! worked well for me, i hit almost every muscle
he could probably do a similare full body workout with just pushups and squats and situps and just repeat that for an hour
when i was young my whole body would recovered so quickly it was just more efficient to workout every muscle and the next day it would all be recovered and i could just do it again if i felt like it...
as for buying steaks in bulk i get got for about 3dollars per steak by buying in bulk. a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds is 1dollar and doesn't even have 10z oz meat in it so i dont think its too expensive considering im comparing whole food steak to crap food mcdonalds 3 dollars vs 1 dollar. or at least it wasn't too much money for me i just asked my mom for money.
oh yeah i still live with my mom!

At 15 you should definitely stay away from Testosterone Supplements, and stick to plain Dietary Supplements like a multivitamin, protein powder/bars, and possibly ZMA because it's cheap.
