How to get in this shape?

    Hi,

So Im 24 y/o 6'2" and I weight around 170lbs, I've been carrying these love handles for some years and I've said enough is enough. This is the year I'm getting rid of it. I've actually started to do more lifting and reduce cardio but maybe it's lack of motivation, or the nutrition. I actually think I eat really healthy, most of veggies fruits fish, lean meat, maybe it's the carbs that it's kinda hard for me to avoid them.

I'd really appreciate some help, how many times per week should I do weights? should i try to not eat carbs at all? what's the best workout?

    Thanks a lot

Go back 1 page, read the sticky thread near the top of the forum titled "Dont Look Past the Basics", in that thread you will find links to how to set your calorie/macro targets as well as a basic bodybuilding program.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Your 6’2” and 170#, and those are your pictures?

You have no muscle mass whatsoever. You need to lift and add muscle. Read the stickies
