How can you not blame Kyle and Jimmy's play? They got away from the run game, which they didn't need to, and tried to get cute with play action passes to move the ball. I get they play action more than any other team, but when you're running the ball well and up 10 points with 11 min left, stick with the run. Anybody watching that game could see putting the game in the hands of Jimmy G was a bad idea.
Kyle is part of terrible history. He was apart of blowing a 28-3 lead and now blew a 10 point lead in the 4th quarter. He mentioned how he learned from the previous SB experience, but it didn't show here. I get it's a team loss, but not blaming Kyle is a mistake.

I do blame Kyle and I blame Jimmy. People trying to put blame on 1 single person is what I take issue with.
There were several things in this game which cost the 49ers a win. I didn't like Kyle going conservative to end the first half only to move away from the run game when they were up 20 to 10 but I also think the Chiefs simply made a lot of key plays late in that game that there wasn't much the 49ers could do about it but second guess what happened.
Jimmy is a young QB experience wise and Kyle is a young HC. I'll see how they recover from this.

Kyle is more to blame than Jimmy, but I agree it's not one person who lost the game.
49ers didn't want to push the ball down the field at the end of the first half because they knew it wasn't what Jimmy could do / was comfortable with. Come 4th quarter, they decided to put the ball in Jimmy's arm which was on Kyle and what I think ultimately lost them the game. Had they kept true to their identity (running the ball) they would have won the game.
KC's defense made plays in the 4th quarter, but when you run the same play action pass that gets batted at the line every time, you need to do something else. After the game, one of the KC defenders even mentioned how the 49ers were averaging "like 10 yards a carry."
All that being said, Jimmy did choke big time in the 4th quarter. Throwing ducks and playing very poorly. I know he's young, but that isn't the performance of a great QB.
Everything rises and falls on leadership and I think Kyle dropped the ball. Like you said, hopefully he can bounce back and be contenders next season.New England Patriot

Yes they are but the list of people this past year was insane.

Kyle Shanahan made Matt Ryan win an MVP and made an average QB like Jimmy G looks like a franchise QB. Seems like a pretty good coach to me.
49ers are easily a 10+ win team healthy. Jimmy G wasn't even the only guy that was out, their defense was dead most of the season.
Shweezy doesn't use logic though.

Yeah I know he's just baiting me, and I'm taking the bait, but it does need to be said
https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/injured-reserve/
9ers were the most injured team this year. Not only Jimmy G but Bosa, Sherman, Trent Williams, ST, Dee Ford, Mostert, Deebo. They've been hit hard at pretty much every position this year
Injuries are part of the game but even winning 6 games while dealing with all these BS is something. Hopefully they fix whatever the issue is with their trainers / culture / whatever the reason is for these many injuries before next season starts
