Opinion on best lateral delt move?
I alternate or incorporate both of standing dumbell side raises or single arm cable raises where i stand infront of the cable. Do both slow / controlled and my delts pop pretty decently

This and it's not even close. Haven't touched a DB lateral or any other side delt exercise in 2+ years. I've done only this for delts in a PPL for 2-3 months other than rear delt stuff

My LA has 2 cable towers, one adjustable free motion and 2 dual cable rows I can do them on. Plus I go at 1:30 pm everyday so it's pretty damn empty.Originally Posted by TXBuddy
