I agree with Ben. It is not so much the fat content in the fast food as much as the trans fats and other "additives". Even for bulking eat fatty food but keep it clean.

Watch Super Size Me every time you feel like eating McDonald's.
That stuff isn't good for anyone, it doesn't matter how skinny you are. If you must have it, keep it to the absolute minimum."Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but don't nobody wanna lift no heavy-ass weight!" - Ronnie Coleman

You are not as strong as you look - only as strong as your lifts

When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of strength left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me."

I ate Burger King for the first time in about 5 months the other day. Ate a Triple Whopper. Was around 1000 cal, 75g protein, 120g fat (dont know if the fat is correct). Was good. No soda though.

yea
Wow, let me tell you why each of those menu items are bad.
Chocolate Shake Large has 75 grams of sugar, which is 25 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR.
25 FRIKIN TEASPOONS OF SUGAR.
you know what's going to happen when u dont' use that.. it will store it as fat.
Quarter Pounder has Saturated Fat (g) 13.8
which is most probably around 60-70% of your daily needs of saturated fat from 1 item.
French Fries Large has 11 grams of trans fats, which is more trans fats that you need in probably 6 months. you dont even need trans fats.
don't eat it. once in a while is fine, but tone it down.
