Hey Bodybuilding Forums:
long story short, i've been doing Fierce 5 till 2016 or so and then moved on to 5/3/1beginner around late 2016. Had a knee injury mid 2017 but kept going with it till today. I'm looking to switch it up a little but keep with the similiar 3x a week system but stick with a more intermediate program. My 5RM'S are as follows:
Squat: 245
Bench: 155-165?
Pulls--like 8-10x3
Weight: 180 or so
Height: 5'9
The reason i'm looking to switch is just to try something new. Feel like i've been doing the same thing for a bit too long. I was debating on the u/l F5 intermediate but IDK if i'm after going to the gym 4x a day on need. What else is good in the intermediate range for 3x a week?
I know I could probably squeeze some more beginner gains here and there but i'm at a point in my career and life where I cannot put as much focus into lifting as i'd like to sadly, but want to keep with what I have.
Cheers

Ask Google a “full body superKompound for intermediate athletes.”
This program is also on this forum, but I can not give links until I write 50 posts.
Thanks to this program, some of my friends achieved results such as a 150 kgx5 squat in 3 sets, a 120 kgx5 bench press in 3 sets and a deadlift of more than 160 kg in this load mode.
I myself also train in a heavier version of this program.bench press 167.5 kgx1, 125 kgx13, 100 kgх24
standing press 100 kgx1, 82,5 kg 4 sets х 5 reps
deadlift 230 kgx1, 200 kgx4, 190 kg 3 sets x 5 reps
raw squat 180 kgx1, 150 kg 5x5
chin-ups +25 kg x10 reps
