What's the worst way you've seen a girl financially screw over a guy?

I'll go first....

So this guy I know (not a close friend of mine), obviously head over heels in love with this girl he has been dating for about 5-6 months - flies with her to Australia for a week long holiday and foots the bill for everything - travel, accomodation, food, the entire works.

Barely a week after they are back together and she breaks up with him.

Don't know how much exactly he spent and can't ask him since I don't know him that well.....but I have to imagine it's quite a hefty sum.

Don't know anyone personally, wife told me about a co worker that got divorced, wife has been hiding money basically preparing for it. He ended up having to pay spousal support on top of getting half of his retirement (prior service). What makes matters worse is that she was only one rank below him (government) so she already made good money ontop of getting all the spousal support. He also had to pay her lawyer fees.

The worst I have ever seen was Hulk Hogans divorce.

I am now angry just thinking about it, srs.

Had a friend have a kid with a girl.

He has to pay her nearly $700 a month after their divorce and he barely gets to see the kid because he travels for work.

Pretty sure she helped develop the company though... that would certainly entitle her to a hefty chunk.

A friend of mines wife divorced him and took half. To add insult to injury he got back with her later on after he caught up financially.

Obviously I have friends who are paying half their income to their ex wives until all kids are 18, but at least that’s spread out. The worst all at once screwjob I’ve seen was when a friend of mine was going through a divorce so they were selling the house. But first they needed to do about 5k in fix ups to get it ready for the market. He took a loan out in his name that they’d pay off when the house sold and he put it in the joint bank account they were still sharing until everything was final. He went to pull it out to start the repairs and it was completely gone and she wouldn’t tell him why, just that she needed it. Nothing he could do either.

Apparently she had access and when he went to get the money, he found out she emptied the entire account.

Then he had to pay alimony on his increased income when he became a millionaire radio host. Plus he had to get life insurance that pays her out even though they divorced. Like wtf is that chit.
