Simple solution: Go out and approach girls. Yes, you'll be limited on quality due to not taking care of yourself but trust me, you'll luck out with some hot ones along the way.

Work out, diet, and approach girls. I'm not the hottest and a fairly big guy and I still do pretty well. I'm 150-200 lays by now.
